Location:
East Los Angeles College is located in the San Gabriel Valley, East of downtown Los Angeles. The college is conveniently situated off the 60 Freeway (the Pomona Freeway) one block West of Atlantic Boulevard.

Accreditation:
East Los Angeles College is a two year community college that is part of the Los Angeles Community College District which comprises nine colleges. The college is accredited by the Western Association of Schools.

Students:
Our student population reflects the remarkable diversity of Southern California and Los Angeles. The combination of cultures and languages makes for an energetic campus with a broad outlook.

Classes and Programs:
Many of our students in the Department of Architecture transfer to four-year university program, but we also offer many Certificate and Skill Sets Programs. Several classes in our Department are offered in the evening for the working student.
